Mrs. Prabha Singh (Founder President) was retired principal from Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Dhamtari. She was deeply inclined towards social work and was a founder member of Care Society, Dhamtari; which worked for women & Child Labor in Dhamtari district; she was well known educationist and has played vital role as laity Church Leader in Sunderganj Mennonite Church, Dhamtari at various positions. She guided, supported and encouraged SMILE SESVS to serve people in a humanitarian way. As per her will; her body was donated to Medical Collage Raipur on 14th September 2014 as she joined her eternal journey.
Mr. J. S. Lalborn on 22nd December 1945, secured B. Sc. Agri. degree with specialization in Agronomy in 1963 from Allahabad University. He served in the Agri. Department of H.P. Govt. as In-Charge farm from 65-68; National Seed Corporation, New Delhi ( a Govt. of India undertaking ) in different positions from 1968 – 92; Christian forum like RCDRC ( NGO) from 93 to 2000 in different positions. Presently he is working in VNR Seeds Pvt. Ltd, Raipur from 2001 to till date. Also he held position of President of Raipur YMCA two terms 2006-2010 beside above he is presently holding a post of secretary of St. Mathews Church CNI Pastorate court, Raipur.
Rev. M. K. Masih is a graduate in theology from Union Biblical Seminary Pune. He served in different churches of Mennonite Church in India Dhamtari for about ten years. In 1995 he went to Jamkhed Maharashtra for Community Health and Development training sponsored by Mennonite Central Committee Kolkata. With the help of some friends he formed Care Society which worked in the villages in Dhamtari area in health care. He also worked with Raipur Churches Development and Relief Committee, Raipur. He had been involved with different organizations like NCCI, SCMI, INSAF, CBSS, CMJS and MCSFI. At present he is the executive secretary of Mennonite Church in India, and Chairman of MCSFI Kolkata.
Mrs. Nibha Singh has done diploma in nursing from NKP Salve Institute of Nursing, Nagpur. She has worked at Orange City Hospital - Nagpur, Modern Medical Institute – Raipur and ESCORTS Heart Hospital - Raipur. She has organized Camps for Heart Care, Eye, Pediatric and Tuberculosis camps.
Mr. Jeetendra Singh has done masters in Sociology and has worked with Care Society as in-charge of non-formal education centers for Child Labors at Dhamtari. He has also worked with Raipur Churches Development & Relief Committee on various capacities in Mission Life & Unity and Chhattisgarh Bal Shramik Sangathan organizing orientations & trainings for theology students from all over India. He has also studied at Institute of Poultry Management of India, Pune. He went to USA for a year under work & learn program in Poultry & Piggery. He went South Korea for Asian URM-Diakonia Training Center Course held at Yong Dung Po Urban Industrial Mission, Seoul. He has worked with Evangelical Social Action Forum as an Area Manager in Microfinance (EMFIL) and State Program Officer at Prochadhan SHG Federation for Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh.
Mr. Akhilesh Bhave is chief technologist in blood bank of Apollo Hospital, Bilaspur. He is very active member of St. Thoma Church, Tilda.
Mr. Inderjeet Khanuja has done Postgraduate Diploma in Plastics Processing Technology from Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology, Amritsar, Punjab. has done Postgraduate Diploma in Plastics Processing Technology from Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology, Amritsar, Punjab.
Ms. Kumud Nandgave Being Masters in Social Work (MSW) Her inclination was towards Child Labour. She is an activist & has worked with Child Labors, raising the issue of child rights. . While working in Raipur Churches Development & Relief Committee her responsibilities were trainings, Drama, Script writing and street plays. She is has played vital role in organizations like National Alliance of Women, Asian Social Forum, World Social Forum, Bachpan Bachao Andolan. She has been a part of many State and National level conventions on Child Labors. She has also worked with Dalits and Adivasis. Survey and Tabulation are her area of expertise.
Mr. Sanjay Singh is working as Operation Theater In-Charge in Mission Hospital, Jagdishpur. He has played vital role in organizing camps at hospitals.
